Service was below expectations due to severe understaffing. The whole team was just fluttering around the restaurant in constant panic mode. To be fair, they are doing their best. However, the understaffing situation showed up obviously in the service provided. Warm water glasses were refilled with iced water. One of them just presumed we are done when he asked if we wanted dessert and we said no. He started clearing the table and then took the half eaten pizza away without even asking if we wanted to takeaway. The restaurant setting was nice, food was great but service level was severely compromised due to the team being shorthanded, resulting in an unpleasant dining experience in a tensed environment. To be fair to the team, hire more staff for the front of house to improve the dining experience for patrons.”
